Patoko is a rapidly scaling tech company transforming local commerce and rideshare in Tirana. We’re growing fast, and we’re ready to pour gas on the fire with a content strategy that actually works.

The Role:
This isn’t a “post two times a week” internship. We’re looking for our founding creator, a growth-obsessed individual to build our brand’s presence from zero to one. 

You are the face, voice, and strategic mind behind our TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You understand that content isn’t just about looking good: It’s about stopping the scroll, hacking attention, and driving real results. You’ll work directly with the CEO and have the full support of our marketing team to experiment, fail fast, and find our viral formula. This is your chance to build a legendary portfolio and a case study for your entire career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a Content Engine (80%): You’ll own the entire short-form video process, from concept to publish. This means you’re constantly testing hooks and editing videos that people want to watch.
• Trendspotting & Strategy (10%): You don’t follow trends; you get there early. You’ll spend time reverse-engineering what’s working on the platform, analyzing data, and bringing actionable ideas to the table.
• Community & Algorithm Hacking (10%): You’ll be sparking conversations, asking questions, and using the community to send positive signals to the algorithm.

What We’re Looking For/Requirements:

Forget degrees. We want proof of work.

• You live and breathe short-form video. You understand the nuances between TikTok, Reels, or Shorts.
• You articulate what makes a hook work in the first 3 seconds
• You already have a swipe file of viral videos and content concepts you can pull from for inspiration.
• You have a bias for action. You’d rather post and test an 80% perfect video than wait for perfection.
