Your Future and Career

Will I get a job after my internship?

We aim to prepare you to work at anywhere in the world, and provide an environment where you leave with something awesome you’ve created. We aim to provide an upskilling opportunity for you while working on hard problems. Internships can potentially lead to a job at Patoko for exceptional candidates.

What are the expected salaries?

We aim to provide an experience to learn while working on a real project.
As we are a startup, depending on where we are in the funding cycle and time of year, we may be able to come to an arrangement, but generally we start internships unpaid. Please highlight this as a factor during your application process if it is a priority.

What’s next, after Patoko?

Several of our team members have experience with hiring and resume optimisation in Albania and international markets. We want to understand your goals at the start of your internship, then help you stand out in the crowded market. We want to serve as the launchpad for you to get into your dream job. Where do you work? Is there an office?

We typically work remote, but have an office meeting a couple of times per week. We currently have an office in Green City in Tirana. Since an internship is about learning rapidly, we find more in-person to be most useful for our local members.

What benefits do I get?

When you first start, you’ll get credits for a few free rides with Patoko to test the app.
